Digital Marketing Manager
40 hours per week, Permanent role
Hybrid working, 3 days in the office (Stevenage)
Salary £45,000-£50,000 per annum
How you’ll support our purpose
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll support and collaborate with one of our key white label partners marketing team to build the customer acquisition strategy with a focus on revenue driving activities. Through continual insight and optimisation bring forward suggestions to improve performance that delights customers and delivers our commercial goals.
You’ll be fundamental in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our white label partner digital activity, through exceptional stakeholder management, creating a one team culture, that delivers in line with our partnership needs and objectives.
What you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis
Managing our white label partners digital presence
- Collaborating with the partners marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with our partners goals and objectives.
- Benchmarking and tracking performance on all agreed KPI’s SLAs etc
- Ensuring our Customer Support team respond to reviews (Trustpilot & GMB) to maintain a positive brand presence.
Owning the digital customer journey
- Ensuring a regular flow of unique, new and improved digital, SEO rich content, tapping into trends and customer insight, that remains accurate and up to date at all times, delivered against agreed targets.
- Tracking the digital customer journey, and work with the Digital Customer Experience Manager to ensure optimal conversion rates and a friction-free customer journey.
Awesome campaign management
- Forge effective relationships and ways of working to collaborate on and manage delivery of white label partner marketing campaigns.
- Management of the SEO, PPC, Digital PR and CRO campaigns, with support from third-party agencies and marketing team members, ensuring KPIs and objectives are delivered.
- Understanding of broader marketing initiatives in a retail environment to proactively suggest additions to core campaign activity.
Creating a winning culture
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships, creating a one team culture, with teams across the eurochange and our partner businesses.
- Managing expectations internally and communicate progress on BAU and projects.
- Reporting on the performance of all digital and marketing campaign performance.
- Monitoring key competitors to ensure market-place context is in view.
- Managing the website CMS, uploading content and ensuring SEO recommendations are implemented.
- Be the champion of brand guidelines and ensure activity complies with legal regulations (FCA/ASA/GPDR).
The standout skills we are seeking
- You’ll be a self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills; be comfortable with wearing many hats and getting stuck in to lead change from the front.
- You will have Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience in a full-time Marketing role, having experience taking on accountability for a successful strategy.
- Working with a wide plethora of marketing channels and tools, such as SEO, PPC, PR and CRO.
- Proven track record of managing joint marketing activity (ideally in a retail environment) ensuring delivery to time, budget, and specification.
- Exceptional at relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and manage multiple marketing activity streams to meet strict deadlines.
