What you’ll be doing:
- Learning to provide expert mortgage advice and assisting clients through the application process
- Developing a deep understanding of mortgage regulations, financial products, and lending policies
- Handling client meetings, analysing financial information, and structuring mortgage recommendations
- Managing relationships with estate agents, banks, and lenders to facilitate mortgage approvals
- Working towards performance targets while maintaining outstanding customer service
What we’re looking for:
✅ A graduate with a 2:2 or above (any discipline – Finance, Business, or Economics is a plus!)
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to build strong client relationships
✅ A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
✅ Confidence and resilience – ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
✅ Working towards or willing to work towards CeMAP qualification
