.Program Overview: The Graduate Trainee – Equity Investment Analyst Programme is a structured three-month rotational training and induction initiative designed for recent graduates aspiring to build a career in equity investments. This programme provides comprehensive exposure to key areas such as equity analysis, portfolio management, and investment strategies. Trainees will collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience to develop the skills required for a successful career in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of companies, industries, and market trends to support investment decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial models, valuation assessments, and investment reports.
- Participate in portfolio review meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing equity investments.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects, including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) integration and risk management initiatives.
- Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and professional development courses.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, ,Data analyst, Business Administration
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Investment management certifications will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and equity investments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
